FAQ — Know Before You Go

• How much time do we spend at each stop? This tour is intentionally kept to a manageable number of stops so you get real time at each one, rather than a rushed "photo and go" pace common with larger tour buses.
• Is lunch included? Lunch isn't included in the tour price, but we stop near Hukilau Marketplace or Kahuku, known for local food trucks and casual dining options.
• Is Byodo-In Temple admission included? Admission isn't included in the tour price and is paid on-site.
• Do we visit Sunset Beach or Turtle Beach? We stop at whichever of the two best fits conditions and timing that day. These are walking stops to enjoy the North Shore coastline, not swimming stops.
• What should I bring? Casual, comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes. This tour doesn't include a swimming stop, so a swimsuit isn't necessary.
• How many people are on the tour? We keep groups small (max 14 guests) in a high-roof touring van, not a large tour bus.
• Is this the same as the Half-Day Circle Island Tour? No. The Full Day tour covers additional stops including Sunset or Turtle Beach, Haleiwa Town, and Dole Plantation, and takes 8–9 hours instead of 6.
• What's your cancellation policy? Cancel more than 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are not eligible for a refund. • Is the tour accessible for guests with mobility limitations? Our vans have steps and no wheelchair lift, though we can stow a folding wheelchair, walker, or cane. See our full accessibility details on the About page for what to expect before booking.

• Do infants need their own seat? Infants ages 0–2 ride free as a lap child. If you'd prefer your infant have their own seat, please book them as a child instead so we can reserve the space and proper restraint.
