FAQ — Know Before You Go

How much time do we spend at each stop? This tour is intentionally kept to a manageable number of stops so you get real time at each one, rather than a rushed "photo and go" pace common with larger tour buses.

Is Byodo-In Temple admission included? Admission isn't included in the tour price and is paid on-site.

What should I bring? Casual, comfortable clothing and sunscreen. This tour doesn't include a swimming stop, so a swimsuit isn't necessary.

How many people are on the tour? We keep groups small (max 14 guests) in a high-roof touring van, not a large tour bus.

Is this tour good for cruise passengers? Yes. The half-day length is designed to work well for cruise arrivals/departures or guests with afternoon plans.

Is this the same as the Full Day Circle Island Tour? No. The Full Day tour covers additional stops including Sunset or Turtle Beach, Haleiwa Town, and Dole Plantation, and takes 8–9 hours instead of 6.

What's your cancellation policy? Cancel more than 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are not eligible for a refund. To cancel, contact us directly at [email protected]. Refund payments can take up to 5–10 business days to process.

Do infants need their own seat? Infants ages 0–2 ride free as a lap child. If you'd prefer your infant have their own seat, please book them as a child instead so we can reserve the space and proper restraint.
