Can I bring a camera? Yes — cameras are welcome, but camera bags and cases are not. Paid bag storage is available near the entrance for $8 per bag.
Is Pearl Harbor wheelchair accessible? Most of the memorial and Visitor Center are wheelchair accessible. Our touring vans don't have wheelchair lifts, but we're happy to store a folding manual wheelchair, walker, or cane for the day — just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
What should I wear? Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended, along with sun protection and water, since most of the tour takes place outdoors.
Is Pearl Harbor an active memorial? Yes. Pearl Harbor remains an active memorial site, and we ask all guests to be respectful throughout the visit.
What's your cancellation policy? Cancel more than 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are not eligible for a refund. To cancel, contact us directly at [email protected] — refund payments can take up to 5–10 business days to process.
Is the tour accessible for guests with mobility limitations? Our vans have steps and no wheelchair lift, though we can stow a folding wheelchair, walker, or cane. See our full accessibility details on the About page for what to expect before booking.
Do infants need their own seat? Infants ages 0–2 ride free as a lap child. If you'd prefer your infant have their own seat, please book them as a child instead so we can reserve the space and proper restraint.
